Watermain Renewal Project to affect Traffic Flow on Pim Street

SAULT STE. MARIE, ON (September 8, 2022) – PUC Services Inc. would like to advise the public of upcoming traffic restrictions on Pim Street between MacDonald Avenue and Bruce Street.

These traffic restrictions are required to facilitate a watermain infrastructure renewal project taking place from early September to mid-November (approximately).

For the duration of the project, Pim Street, between MacDonald Avenue and Bruce Street, will be reduced to a single lane of traffic in each direction with intermittent traffic delays anticipated. Please note that all driveways will have maintained access for residents and customers throughout the project.

Traffic protection is necessary to ensure the safety of the workers as well as the travelling public. We regret any inconvenience these traffic disruptions may cause and want to thank the public for their understanding and cooperation.
